Terms of purchase

By purchasing any online event, group program or digital experience from Soul Strategies, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payments - payments are processed securely through Stripe. Soul Strategies retains only the final 4 digits of credit card numbers for identification purposes, with no complete card details stored.

2. Access - your purchase may include live sessions, recordings, digital resources or access to online community spaces. Access details will be sent via email after purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are correct and to access materials within the program timeframe.

3. Refunds - unless otherwise stated on the sales page, all purchases are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

4. Payment plans - if you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of participation. If a payment fails, access may be paused until payment is resolved.

5. Event changes and recordings - Soul Strategies may adjust session dates, times, facilitators or delivery format if required and advise you with written, advance notice of any changes. Recordings are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Live attendance is your responsibility.

6. Intellectual property and use of materials - all materials provided including but not limited to videos, recordings, frameworks, written content, meditations, audio, visuals, and exercises, remain the intellectual property of Soul Strategies and are protected by copyright law. The materials provided are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes.

7. Personal responsibility and disclaimer - programs may include education, coaching, meditation, intuitive insights, spiritual channeling, energy activations and other non-traditional practices. Results vary and no outcomes are guaranteed. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions and results. Content is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Please seek professional support where appropriate. Any reliance on guidance or information shared is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Conduct - where group spaces are included, respectful and confidential participation is expected. Soul Strategies reserves the right to remove participants whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, without refund.

9. Privacy - your personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing, you agree to be added to the Soul Strategies mailing list. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails. Your data will not be shared with any third party unless required for program delivery or by law.

10. Limitation of liability - to the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Strategies is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in online events or programs, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

11. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Purchase.
